The Centauri are a species from the planet Centauri Prime in Babylon 5. They are part of the Younger Races who are young in relation to the First Ones. The Centauri have extrasensory perception and telepathy. They made contact with the humans of Earth in 2156, eventually introducing them into the League of Non-Aligned Worlds.
