The Grox are a species of cyborg aliens that are the primary antagonists of Spore. They control 2400 systems around the Galactic Core. They are innately territorial and hostile to all other empires in the galaxy. They have powerful ships which can destroy planets in seconds and are able to travel thousands of light years without effort.
