The Watchers are a hyper-advanced species from the Marvel Universe. Their policy of non-interference was due to a well-meaning attempt by the Watchers to bestow knowledge on another race which resulted in that race destroying itself. After this event the Watchers dedicated themselves to observe the universe. They know almost everything there is to know in the cosmos. The Watchers have vast time and space manipulation technologies, even rivaling the Celestials.
